2nd Connections provides 1-on-1 coaching, career workshops, and introductions for sales and presales professionals and hiring leaders. You can reach us at hello@2ndconnections.com or at 116 Agnes Rd, Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919.

We only collect what you give us through our forms: your name, email address, company, role, LinkedIn profile, and anything you write in a message or application. If you create an account, we also store your profile details and the matches and meetings connected to it. Our website uses basic analytics to understand which pages people visit.

We use your information to reply to you, review coaching and hiring requests, run workshops, suggest introductions, and send the emails tied to those activities - such as confirmations and reminders for calls you've scheduled.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us operate: our email provider, our database and hosting provider, our workspace tools, and analytics. Coaches and hiring leaders only see the details relevant to an introduction you've agreed to.

Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We'll still send essential messages about calls you've booked and account activity.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@2ndconnections.com and we'll take care of it. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your information is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfect, but we limit access to the people who need it.

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
